6. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, TW Group LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or missing packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, your building office, mailroom, front desk, or local carrier office.
You may also need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for replacing or refunding orders that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
